I’ve taken this pre-workout on multiple occasions, and each time it’s awesome! Flavor, pump, and energy are all great. It truly is better than all of the mainstream blends out there.

Lone Crusader’s pre-workout is the real deal. Clean energy, no crash, and none of that sketchy stuff you see in a lot of other brands. You can tell it was made by someone who actually cares about what goes in it — and what it does. Definitely earned a spot in my routine.

I tried LCSupps pre workout Primal Charge for the first time today. I'm active duty military and am always looking for something that doesn't make me jittery or have a crash afterward. I work out 5 days a week, and my everyday routine is 50 min of lifting heavy and a quick slow burn cardio for 30 min.
First off, it didn't taste like a melted popsicle like most pre workout mixes do. It was mild and easy to sip on before heading to the gym. I didn't feel the need to "chug it" just to get it down.
Secondly, I felt a good pump for the duration of my lift, and it carried me through my cardio as well. I even had energy coaching my two club teams for 3 hours after my workout.
Thirdly, I will be keeping this in my gym bag over anything else.

Much rather support you guys than anyone else and it was awesome! I seriously felt the push without being crazy and over jittery. I felt a little bit flushed before I started the workout, which is actually something that I like. Didn’t have a big crash afterwards as well and the flavor was awesome!
