delivering premium supplements and excellent customer service. Please read our
Shipping, Return, and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Processing
times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
Standard
Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
Expedited
Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days
International
Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on location and customs)
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your
location and selected service.
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking
information. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact us at support@lcsupps.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days of
delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if
necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
2. Return Policy
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30
days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
The product must be in its original packaging
You must provide proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please contact us at Support@lcsupps.com
with your order number and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless
the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you
of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved
refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10
business days.
Late
or missing refunds? Please check with your bank or credit card
provider. If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us.

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or
